Refund policy

VLKAN Swim offer return for store credit , and exchanges only on all priced items purchased at vlkanswim.com

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with the hygiene sticker intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We can only accept returns if it:

• Has not been worn, used or damaged.
• Is not soiled by fake tan, makeup, deodorant, or any other stains.
• Is returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Due to hygiene reasons, please try on the swimwear over your own underwear if unsure of the fit.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the store credit will be processed within 2-3 days. 

Please note that items, discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded for store credit.

Shipping Returns and Exchanges

Shipping costs are not covered by Vlkan swim when sent back. Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

We suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
